'KING OF THE CASTLE' (1950)

At least five short British-made Thumper comics were serialized in Britain's Mickey Mouse Weekly between 1950-51. The art might be the work of Basil Reynolds, who was also making a Thumper strip for the British newspaper Daily Herald in the same years.
